Does Muslim man saying to non Maharam Muslim woman “I love you” or “I love you for ALLAAH’s sake” or “143” in premarital state allowed?
ALLAAH is At-Tayyib(pure) & Loves only At-tiyyab (pure)
1.)After shaitan trapping by looks, he whispers them to communicate with each other. This is 2nd step for zina, ALLAAH, Azza wa Jal has prohibited speaking to non Maharams both men & women. For first footstep of shaitan towards Zina click this http://wp.me/p83FdL-1f
ALLAAH, Tabaarak wa Ta’ala said
Surah Al-Ahzab, Verse 32:
If you keep your duty (to Allah), then be not soft in speech, lest he in whose heart is a disease (of hypocrisy, or evil desire for adultery, etc.) should be moved with desire[i;e to have sexual intimacy]…….(English – Mohsin Khan)
Ibn katheer(may ALLAAH be merciful to him) said in his tafseer concerning this ayat:
•••>”This means that they should not speak softly. Allaah commanded them to speak in a concise and decisive manner (i.e., they should be serious and brief in their speech, and not be vague or talk aimlessly). There should be no possible indication on the face that could be taken to indicate any softness in the heart, as the Arab women (before Islaam) used to do when speaking to men, by making their voices soft like women who are taking care of small children, or like prostitutes. Allaah forbade women to do that.
•••>The phrase “lest he in whose heart is a disease should be moved with desire” means lest such a person should hope for immoral deeds, indecency or romance. ”
~~~>It is sad to see many Muslims are indulged in sexual talk so much so they mention about their private parts –Glory to O ALLAAH, Al Quddus(The Pure &Holy)-in Messenger like WhatsApp before other non Maharam woman- may ALLAAH protect us – But they should know talking in such a manner is zina of tongue.
the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) spoke when he said:
“The son of Adam’s share of zina has been decreed for him, which he will inevitably get. THE ZINA OF THE EYES IS LOOKING,the zina of the ears is listening, THE ZINA OF THE TONGUE IS SPEAKING, the zina of the hands is touching, and the zina of the foot is walking. The heart longs and wishes, and the private part confirms that or denies it.”
Narrated by Muslim, 2657.
—>Not only these type of talks as ALLAAH, subhanahu wa Ta’ala said ” be not soft in speech ” means as ibn katheer (may ALLAAH be merciful to him) said Arab women before Islam used to speak in soft lovly manner. Now in it is seen in colleges where they are coeducation is prevailed men & women exchange a kind of lovely speechs, jokes, they talk each other exchange their phone numbers, sit side by side, chatting in Messengers like WhatsApp, conserving in busstops or trains and finally they declare each others love by saying “I love you” or “I love you for sake of ALLAAH or if they shy to tell they do this ” 143″ ….All these no more than a misguidance and Wrath from LORD OF RETRIBUTION they should remember if ALLAAH is Most Merciful, He also punishes for such above things.
(2) But ALLAAH has allowed Speech which is relating His subjects as He said :
(a)Surah Al-Ahzab, Verse 32:
…, but speak in an honourable manner.(English – Mohsin Khan)
(b)The speech is the as He described
Surah Al-Ahzab, Verse 53:
O you who believe! … And when you ask for anything you want, ask them from behind a screen, that is purer for your hearts and for their hearts…(English – Mohsin Khan)
~~~> It is only allowed for speech seeking religious content. If any non maharam Muslim woman wants to ask about any religious subjects to non maharam Muslim man there must some barrier between them & vice versa.
(3) If two non maharam meet each other intentionally, not for seeking religious knowledge without any barrier between them, just for having lovly chat or gossip or fun either in meeting places or social network sites they should know that shaitan will be with them.
Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “No man is alone with a woman but the Shaytaan is the third one present.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (1171) and classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.
